The Art of Letting Go.. Helping Adolescents Heal Their Histories

• Participants will experience the healing power of the Tibetan Sacred Ritual of creating a Mandala Sand Painting.
• Participants will learn the healing process of “Impermanence” and “Letting Go” as they journey into the wounded soul’s unconscious through non-threatening, non-invasive techniques of experiential integrative soul-work.
